Application Process
Rolling admissions begins now and will continue until courses are at capacity. Applicants will be notified of admissions decisions by email roughly every two weeks starting January 15. If you are accepted, you will receive instructions on how to register. See below for deadlines and registration fees.
Graduate students from low-income countries or who cannot pay the registration fee due to financial hardship may be eligible for a fee waiver; please send an email to uclacgsi@gmail.com for more information.

Participant Accommodations
Participants will have the chance to request double occupancy rooms with private bathrooms. Short program participants will get rooms in the UCLA residence halls for six nights. Participants of the long program will be housed in a house just off-campus with private bathrooms. All rooms are double occupancy; if you want single occupancy, you will need to find your own accommodations. If you would like the accommodations that we offer, you will select it and pay for it when you register. Please note that rooms may sell out.
