Application Process
Rolling admissions begins now and will continue until courses are at capacity. Applicants will be notified of admissions decisions by email roughly every two weeks starting January 15. If you are accepted, you will receive instructions on how to register. See below for deadlines and registration fees.
Graduate students from low-income countries or who cannot pay the registration fee due to financial hardship may be eligible for a fee waiver; please send an email to uclacgsi@gmail.com for more information.

Participant Accommodations
Participants of the short programs will have the chance to request single or double occupancy rooms with private bathrooms in the UCLA residence halls. Participants of the long program will be offered accommodations near the UCLA campus with communal bathrooms. Most rooms are double occupancy; a few single occupancy rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like housing you will select it when you register and pay the appropriate fee. Please note that rooms may sell out.
