Application Process

Rolling admissions typically begin on December 1st and will continue until courses are at capacity. Applicants will receive notifications of decisions by email within two weeks after submission. If you are accepted, you will receive instructions on how to register. The registration fee amount depends on the date you submit your application (see deadlines).

Participant Accommodation​s

Participants of the first short course will be offered single or double occupancy rooms with private bathrooms in the UCLA residence halls, including a daily breakfast. Participants of the long program will be offered accommodations near the UCLA campus with communal bathrooms. Most rooms are double occupancy; a few single occupancy rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like housing for the short or long program, you will select it when you register and pay the appropriate fee. Please note that rooms may sell out.
